La Bagel Delight has been a Brooklyn tradition since 1986, when the first shop opened in Park Slope with a simple approach to a New York classic: hand-roll every bagel and kettle-boil it the traditional way.

Over the years, La Bagel Delight grew alongside Brooklyn, eventually making its way to Front Street in DUMBO.

Today, our DUMBO shop carries on that tradition, serving freshly made bagels, breakfast sandwiches, deli classics, and coffee to longtime locals, neighborhood regulars, and visitors from around the world.
 

Through all the changes in Brooklyn, the idea has stayed the same: good food, made the old-fashioned way, served fast and fresh. We're proud to keep the tradition of the hand-rolled New York bagel alive right here in DUMBO.
